1. Gallery Access & Expiration

Client galleries are delivered via Pixieset and remain active for 60 days from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated. Clients are encouraged to download all high-resolution images within this period. After expiration, gallery reactivation may incur a small archival fee.

2. Image Delivery

All final images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format and edited in the photographer’s signature style. RAW or unedited files are not provided under any circumstance.

3. Editing & Retouching

All images are professionally edited for color, exposure, and composition. Additional retouching requests (e.g., object removal, skin editing, or background changes) may be subject to an additional fee.

4. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright property of Kend Evander Photography.
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial work, contests, or advertisements without written consent from the photographer.

5. Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session, clients grant Kend Evander Photography permission to use select images for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing purposes.

6. Print Store & Products

Clients may order prints, albums, and wall art directly through the Pixieset gallery. Products ordered through the gallery are fulfilled by professional print labs for guaranteed quality and color accuracy. Kend Evander Photography is not responsible for the quality of prints produced by third-party printers.

7. Liability

Kend Evander Photography is not responsible for loss, damage, or corruption of image files due to circumstances beyond control. In the rare case of equipment failure or unforeseen error, liability is limited to the return of payments received.

8. Refunds & Reshoots

All retainers are non-refundable. If reshoots are approved due to photographer error, they will be arranged at no additional cost. Reshoots requested for client preference changes or uncooperative subjects may incur a standard session fee.

9. Conduct & Respect

Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and cooperative environment during sessions and events. The photographer reserves the right to end a session early if safety, respect, or professionalism is compromised.

10. Agreement

By accessing the Kend Evande Photography gallery, downloading images, or purchasing products, you agree to the terms outlined above.
